Just two hours drive from Tehran is Dizin; one of the highest ski resorts in the world at 3600m.

Espen
I am from Australia, been working in Saudi for past 3 months and I am planning on visiting Dizin around 20 Feb 2012. Very experienced skiier and understand Dizin isnt the steepest resort in the world but none the less its skiing!
Can you help?
Is the Dizin Hotel the best place to stay and is it still US$70 per night?
Lift tickets and ski rental still around US15 per day each?
Best way to go straight to dizin from the IKIA airport? Taxi?
Can i buy gloves and goggles there?
If you could help me it would be much appreciated.
Thanks. My email is william.johnson@sweettgroup.com
If you prefer steeper hills then maybe you should try Shemshak. It is only 15 mins from Dizin. Sorry I don’t have up to date price information. From the airport you can either take a taxi or take a minibus. You will info on this site.
